This U.S. Business-to-Business (B2B) Privacy Statement (“B2B Privacy Statement”) describes how SentraMed (together with our subsidiaries, “we”, “us”, “our” or “SentraMed”) collects, uses, and shares Personal Data collected in the United States and the rights and choices you may have regarding this Personal Data. “Personal Data” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. This B2B Privacy Statement applies to you if you interact with SentraMed as part of a business relationship, such as if you are an actual or potential SentraMed business customer or vendor or work for a SentraMed business customer or vendor. If you have a different relationship with SentraMed, a different privacy statement will apply to Personal Data about you.
This B2B Privacy Statement applies to this website and any other websites or mobile applications (collectively the “Sites”) that link to or reference this B2B Privacy Statement.
What Personal Data do we collect?
Our collection of Personal Data will depend on your interactions and relationship with SentraMed. We generally collect the following types of Personal Data:
- Contact information: including name, your username and password, work email, and work phone number;
- Work details: such as your place of employment, work address, and job title;
- Demographic information: such as age, gender, and geographic region;
- Transaction data: such as purchases and inquiries about SentraMed products and services;
- Payment information: such as your credit or debit card number if you make a purchase with SentraMed;
- Device information: such as operating system, device type, device identifier, browser type, IP address, and information about your interactions with the SentraMed Sites;

What are our sources of Personal Data?
We generally collect Personal Data when you provide it to us directly or interact with our Sites. We may also collect Personal Data from third parties, including joint venture partners, affiliates, advertising networks, data brokers, and social networks.
How do we use Personal Data?
We use the Personal Data we collect for our business and commercial purposes, including:
- To provide our services, including to establish your SentraMed account, process purchase orders, validate your eligibility for certain products and services, and provide customer service;
- To communicate with you, including to send reminders and updates that may be of interest to you;
- To promote our products and services, including to deliver targeted advertising and relevant offers;
- To improve, personalize, secure and optimize the Sites, including by conducting analytics about how you browse and interact with the Sites and to screen for potential security risks and fraud;
- To comply with legal requests and obligations and, where necessary, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims and to preserve our rights or the rights or interests of third parties; and
- Any other use of your Personal Data that you consent to or that you are informed of at the time of collection.
Who do we disclose Personal Data to?
We may disclose Personal Data to the following third parties for our business and commercial purposes:
- Service providers and vendors who process Personal Data to provide services to SentraMed, including customer relationship management tools, email providers, and database hosting services;
- SentraMed affiliates, subsidiaries, and joint venture partners for certain purposes described above;
- Social media networks to enable certain features of the Sites, such as to allow you to play embedded videos;
- Advertising providers and social media networks for marketing and advertising purposes;
- Our advisors, including our lawyers, accountants, and auditors who provide services to SentraMed;
- Government entities, regulators, or other third parties pursuant to legal processes, including in response to a subpoena, court order, or a similar legal process, or to protect or defend our rights or those of others; and
- Business partners as a part of business transactions, including in the event of a merger, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar corporate restructuring activity,
We may also disclose Personal Data to other third parties either with your consent or as described at the time SentraMed collected your Personal Data.
Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may also use and disclose aggregated and de-identified data without limitation. Where we use, disclose or process de-identified data such that we no longer consider the data to be Personal Data, we will maintain and use the information in de-identified form and will not attempt to reidentify the information, except as permitted by applicable privacy laws.
Analytics and Advertising
SentraMed, our service providers, and third parties may collect information about users of the Sites over time and across third-party websites through the use of cookies and other similar technologies.
Analytics: We work with third parties, including Google Analytics, to understand how individuals use and interact with the Sites, improve the performance of the Sites, and for other analytics purposes. To learn more about Google Analytics, please refer to www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners, and to opt out of Google Analytics, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We may also work with third parties to record your Site session, including how you interact with our website and the webpages you view, for qualitative analysis of user experience.
Advertising: We may also work with third-party advertising networks and advertising providers who send ads on our behalf and who collect information about visitors to our Sites and other websites and apps over time. You may access the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Webchoices tool here and the Network Advertising Initiative’s Opt Out Choices tool here to learn how to opt out of such interest-based advertising by companies participating in these programs. Users of mobile apps may opt out of receiving targeted advertising in mobile applications through participating members of the Digital Advertising Alliance by installing the AppChoices mobile application, available here, and exercising choices in the app. Opting out of interest-based advertisements does not eliminate all advertisements. The advertisements will still appear but may no longer be relevant to your interests.
You may also choose which cookies to allow from the Sites by using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of our websites. Depending on your browser, you may disable cookies in your browser settings. Remember, your cookie preferences and browser settings are specific to each device you use, and you will have to renew your cookie preferences for each of your devices or browsers.
If you choose to refuse all cookies, you may not have access to all features that make the Sites more efficient and some of our services will not function properly.
SentraMed’s Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of all SentraMed communications. Even if you unsubscribe we will still send you messages related to our transactions with you, such as order confirmations and information about your account.
Additionally, you may opt out of receiving marketing text messages by replying “STOP” to any marketing text messages you receive.

Retention
We will retain Personal Data as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy and for an additional period of time as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and enforce our agreements. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include: (1) as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you or your employer; (2) as required by a legal obligation to which we are subject; and (3) as advisable in light of our position considering, for example, any applicable statutes of limitation, litigation, or a regulatory investigation.

Our Sites may contain links to websites, content, or services owned or operated by third parties, including plugins from social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Please note, we have no control over the privacy practices of these third-party websites or services and information may be shared with third parties if you interact with any plugins. This section includes information about disclosures and certain rights that may be available to you under applicable law based on your state of residence, subject to certain exceptions and limitations.

In the preceding 12 months, we collected the following categories of Personal Data (identifiers, demographic info, commercial info, internet activity, geolocation, audio info, professional info, inferences). We share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes but do not otherwise sell Personal Data, as such terms are defined by applicable laws. We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” Personal Data of minors under 16 years of age.
